I’ve struggled through ALL THREE of these over the last few years…
I thought it was me – that I wasn’t a born entrepreneur. I assumed everyone else had these fantastic ideas that ‘just worked’. They always make it look so easy! And to be honest, I really felt like giving up on the idea I would ever have my own business. 
No idea what to sell
I spent 4 years looking for the perfect idea… I looked at franchises to buy, I looked at printing shops, I looked at owning a fast food store...
No idea If people would buy it...
I launched products I thought were brilliant... but no one bought them.
Spent an absolute fortune on the wrong things
Once I knew what I wanted to do, I spent WAY too much money on putting the “perfect” solutions in place, wasting $23,483 (nearly R600,000) in 18 months…

… only to realise that so much of what I’d googled and the ‘expert’ advice I’d put in place was far too perfect for what I needed right there and then – it was stuff for people who already had businesses making tons of money.
